These terms apply to all services operated by Ludusy AS, including ludusy.com and Sciasy (collectively "Ludusy Services").
By creating a Ludusy account or using any Ludusy Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Your Ludusy account provides unified access to all Ludusy games. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account works across every game.
When you sign in through ludusy.com, a one-time authentication token is used to create a session on the requesting game. Each game stores its own session cookie. Signing out of one game does not sign you out of others.
Credits are a USD-denominated balance managed through ludusy.com. Credits are purchased once and can be spent across any Ludusy game. Every verified account receives free credits weekly. Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds for unused credits are at our discretion. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, free allotments, and per-action costs.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. VAT or other applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction. Ludusy AS does not store payment card details.
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any Ludusy Service. Accounts used for spam, harassment, cheating, or illegal activity will be suspended without notice.
All game content, artwork, and software are the property of Ludusy AS. Player-generated content within games is licensed to us for the purpose of operating the service.
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Ludusy AS provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Skien District Court, Norway.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
